Do you have item xxxx in stock?
If item xxxx does not say “Currently Unavailable” and the button “Add to cart” is available then YES it is in stock and ready to ship?
Dow long does it take once I purchase?
Typically most items will arrive between 2-10 days.
Note: Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+ (230 Volts) are always in stock and ship within 2 days upon payment in New Zealand.

Yes we love shipping worldwide and offer 19USD worldwide shipping for most guitar effects.

What is your warranty?
All pedals carry a 1 year warranty. In the unlikely case of a problem we act as the point of contact with the manufacture and co-ordinate for the item to be returned to manufacture for repair or replacement. Since 2006 we have had only two or three minor problems which were all resolved in a timely manner.
How do I buy a guitar pedal on your website?
1) Open your web browser
2) Type www.guitarpedals.co.nz into the URL bar
3) Search for your pedal by either a) Selecting its category e.g. "Overdrive" or search for the pedal in the search box e.g. "BB Preamp"
4) Once you have opened up the product link, click "Add to cart"
5) Follow the checkout procedure to finalise or continue shopping

Are you a guitar player yourself and what pedals do you use?
Yes. I have been playing guitar for 15 years and love guitar effects pedals. Do you accept trades?
Generally not unless it is something Vintage in nature e.g. original TS-808 tubescreemers etc
