JohnGot the pedal from today, thanks for the quick delivery. Hooked it up with 18V DC, plugged in the Tele, fired up the Twin Reverb, guitar tone heaven! The Framulus is feeling a bit put out with this brassy new neighbour on the pedalboard. I've assured her that she is for refinement, the OCD is for sweaty rock n roll. Pretty interesting, pulling back the overdrive to the point of transparency on the Tele tone, I must say. Further investigation obviously required.

The BB plus is my go to pedal for applications including my covers band Blue
Steel and my rock band, Black River Drive. I use the left channel as my
"heavy overdrive" sound, and the right channel as a lead boost for all my
other dirt pedals. Both perform their jobs admirably. My sound
requirements in Black River Drive are quite particular (I would describe it
as "ACDC on steroids") and the BB is the only pedal that gets it quite
right.
Once I've got it set right, I can go from a chunky, heavy rock palm mute
sound through to dirty open chords just by adjusting my pick attack. The
pedal cleans up beautifully with the volume rolled off, and at all settings,
I can really hear the tone of my guitar and amp - the pedal allows them to
shine through rather than imposing itself all over my sound.
The lead boost can be adjusted for more volume with the same tone, or
dirtying up my existing tone with no volume change, or a bit of both. Boost
pedals are a strange tool and can be too subtle or too imposing but the BB
plus boost is just right for me. It's everything I need and nothing I
don't.
This pedal is a classic and its no wonder the legendary proguitarshop have
chosen it as one of their favourite distortion pedals of all time.
Having just been endorsed by 65amps, I look forward to supercharging my
fantastic new amp tone with the BB plus.
The BB plus is my definitive tone now - I would be lost without it.

Thanks for the great service and advice. You were right the Voodoo Lab is a great Power Supply, in fact if you want tone out of your pedals THIS PEDAL IS A MUST. My rig has never sounded this good .
I highly recommend any serious guitar player to get the voodoo lab power supply. Ive tried various power supplies, they dont even come close.

Hey John, thanks again for the Pedal Power. I was expecting a bit of improvement in my signal, but I was amazed at how much more quiet my pedals are now. All the ground loops and buzz I had from the five adaptors I used to use are now completely gone. The Pedal Power’s reputation as the Rolls-Royce of power supplies is definitely well deserved.Beautiful Tones..Cheers and many thnx for the tone update John..AAAA++

This pedal (RC Booster) has really improved the tone of my digitech gnx 3000 which i run into i power engine 60 tech 21, it has more life and basically huge now.great pedal, i wont turn it off when using with gnx 3k as it just improves the sound qualityItems received safe and well. Thanks for the two extra plugs – a very nice

it’s actually got.Well, after a week of playing with this thing, all I can say is it’s exactly what my Marshall needed! It takes off where the RC leaves, and they complement each other really well.Let me know if you would like soundclips of the RC and the BB for your site, as I have a small studio setup at home.
